Job Description:

- Senior business development manager job opportunity for a professional holding minimum 12 years of experience in business development, strategic alliances etc You would be working with wealth management organizations, National Distributors and IFAs to drive net flows into the firms Managed Portfolios You must have a strong knowledge of mutual funds, PMS, Asset Management etc along with expertise in sales, business development, key account management, new client acquisition, and relationship management to manage client portfolios You must have done sales through IFA (Independent Financial Advisory) business

- Through a combination of technical, product, and process knowledge, the role holder will seek to understand how advisers use our solutions to drive their business objectives, and then adapt and tailor a sales and distribution strategy accordingly to deliver managed portfolios This position will play an instrumental part in identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with new adviser clients We are looking for an ambitious self-starter with a stellar sales track record, a strategic sales approach, and a keen interest in business development

You will be responsible for

- Working with wealth management organizations, National Distributors and IFAs in driving net flows into the firms- managed Portfolios

- Building proactive sales and territory plans in identifying growth opportunities and drive business results

- Playing an instrumental part in identifying, building, and maintaining relationships with new adviser clients

- Selling the products and business development through IFA (Independent Financial Advisory)

- Achieving the goals and other targets as required by the business

- Collaborating with investment as well as products management teams to ensure delivery to the clients in the assigned TAT

- Developing strong internal relationships and collaborating with account management, product management, investment and operations teams to effectively articulate the value proposition of firms- Managed Portfolios

- Managing the portfolios of the clients along with having a strong interaction with the business and various other departments as investment team, operations and product management teams etc

A Successful Candidate

- A post graduate with 12-17 years in sales and adviser distribution in asset management/ investment management along with a strong knowledge of Mutual funds and PMS (Portfolio Management Services)

- A self-starter with a stellar sales track record in business development within IFA (Independent Financial Advisory)/ National Distributor segment of Asset Management Companies

- Strong knowledge of working with Wealth management organizations, National Distributors and IFAs

- Expertise in Business development, relationship management, portfolio management, sales, stakeholder management, growth assessment, strategic planning, strategic alliances etc

- Ability to establish strong relationships with clients together will excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills

- Experience in targeting new clients for the business, build proactive sales and plans for the business
