HERES A TASTE OF WHAT YOULL BE DOING

Developing and delivering RGM strategy - and framework for national and customer specific strategies and plans With a focus on price realization, profit realization and trade architecture by leading delivery of specialized analytics price pack architecture, customer business plan analytics, trade reviews, list price simulations and other custom analytics
Manage quality and delivery of price and promotion models - Communicate KPI and scorecards for trade effectiveness and efficiency while demonstrating ability to balance pricing and trade investment to optimize sales and ROI Examine impact of competitive trends and overall macro-economic trends on price and promotions
Leadership of the RGM function with the customer and commercial teams, Integration in modelling and optimizing trade plans and opportunity to be customer facing to support Sales Account Teams; training and development to deliver RGM training to enhance knowledge and usage of RGM tools and concepts across the organization
Relationship Building coaching and mentoring to shape and share best practices and adapt them to the Canadian business; working with multiple business partners such as Sales Strategy, Finance, Category Management, Business Management to enable trade efficiency and business understanding

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

Required

Bachelors Degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field
Significant experience in in sales management - revenue growth management
Experience in the Consumer Products Goods industry within Canada
Demonstrated experience in customer marketing or sales strategy
Strong technology skills with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint

Bonus Points

Strong Business Planning, Forecasting, Analytical, and Financial experience
Direct sales experience with regional and national retailers in Canada
Advanced technical ability in AC Nielsen and SAP
Demonstrated financial aptitude, judgment expertise, and analytical skills
Risk taker, with an innovative/strategic mind
Ability to thrive despite frequent high levels of uncertainty
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Excellent leadership and team interaction skills to allow for maximum influence to key stakeholders
