Job Description:

- One Of Jobstronauts client which happens to be B2B Industrial Ecommerce Company is hiring a Assoc Dir / Director - Enterprise Sales & Account Management

- Location - Gurgaon

- 6+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise Key Account Management, Farming & Operations

- B Tech & MBA from Tier 1 institute

We are looking for a true techno-commercial individual who is excited to take up new challenges The candidate will be expected to manage and grow key critical business accounts and lead client acquisition for specific areas in Enterprise business

- The incumbent will be expected to be the rainmaker for the client who shall be managing Key accounts, farming them, ensuring order fulfillment & improving the overall Customer NPS

- The candidate will be expected to own a P&L and lead a team of Key Account ManagersThe profile allows the candidate to project entrepreneurship and leadership skills which contribute towards the success of the organisation

Role Responsibilities

- Own & grow the P&L for Enterprise (North) with end-to-end responsibility of Sales, Account management, Operations & Order fulfillment

- Set-up systems & processes that results in improving the overall topline & bottomline

- Ensuring continuous performance improvement in all areas of the business ranging from collection days to minimisation of overall returns to less than 01%

- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts

- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement

- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth

- Ensuring 100% end-to-end fulfillment rate for all orders

- Ensuring 100% compliance on taxation, account receivables and payables

Qualification & Experience

- 5+ years of relevant experience in Account management and Operations in B2B/ Industrial space and Enterprise sales Consultative sales experience would be preferred

- Excellent communication & people management skills

- High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch

- Must have flair for new and evolving technologies and has a vision to transform a traditional B2B industry into a technology driven industry

- Must enjoy sales hunting and farming, and driving overall Sales targets
