The Chase Consumer & Community Bank (CCB) Technology & Digital organizations provide support for the CCB businesses which serve more than 61 million consumers and 4 million small businesses across Consumer, Business, and Mortgage Banking, Card Services, Auto Finance, and Merchant Services The CCB Technology Financial Planning & Analysis (P&A) team is responsible for partnering and supporting senior technology management and plays a critical central role in executing financial processes, analysis, reporting, and maintaining strict governance across a large matrixed organization This highly visible role will focus on Planning and Analysis related activities for the Data ecosystem tower Strong technical abilities with knowledge of financial systems/related process workflows and the ability to simplify/analyze large data sets in order to tell the story behind the financials will be critical for this role

Sr Associate Vendor Management Office

Support the VP, Vendor Management, GFI in Vendor Management, Program Management and Reporting across Mumbai, Bengaluru and Hyderabad

Reports to Technology Finance & Business Management VP, CCB Finance

Location Mumbai

Overall Responsibilities

As a member of the Global Finance & Business Management Office for Consumer and Community Banking Technology, you will be challenged to develop innovative new solutions to streamline and automate existing processes, effectively deliver on business reporting requirements

Candidate would also be involved in reporting and program management across the business This involves interacting with the application development managers as well as project managers - understanding changes in their business reporting requirements and responding by making improvements to the monthly reporting suite (including a reporting deck consisting of a wide range of financial, headcount, allocations and analysis reports)

Candidate will be working closely with external Vendors to assess their updates on Monthly / Quarterly basis You will be involved in managing special projects such as FinTech engagement by understanding the entire flow of the program and assisting the Project Manager with timely deliveries as well as updates on the program

Candidate will be working closely with various support teams such as CIO Office, CFO (Finance teams), GRE (Real Estate) team, Procurement team to achieve the above said goals

Qualifications -

Engineering degree, post graduation preferred

Vendor Management expertise

years of working experience, primarily in Vendor Management & Program Management

Excellent Presentation / MS excel skills

Tableau / SQL querying skills are advantages (but not necessary)

Professional Skills

High level of personal commitment to each task, a can do attitude and a drive to deliver

High level of responsibility and ownership

Proactive approach to problem solving

Good analytical skills in order to aid in trouble shooting and problem solving

Ability to properly handle sensitive HR-related data and maintain confidentiality
