Job Description:

The Global Services and Solutions team is part of Asset Management s Client Service organization The core objective of the team is to work with AM, with a focus Client Service, to make them as efficient and scalable as possible by using the latest technology and services available

The team is responsible for delivery and management of the AM Content Cloud in conjunction with our business partners The role requires a collaborative approach with our internal clients, and other stakeholders (Client Services, Finance, Sales, Business Management, Technology Marketing, and Product) in order to understand their processes and pain points to be able to deliver a better, more efficient experience for them and ultimately our end clients as well

Job Specification

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual for the Asset Management Global Services and Solutions team The successful candidate must be able to work independent with excellent communication, organizational and problem solving skills that can cover a wide range of tasks and responsibilities This position is a non-IT position

Functional Responsibilities

Support CM strategies and roadmap (content analytics, retention strategy, machine learning, optical character recognition, etc)

  • Assist in creating, implementing and enforcing a global taxonomy model across Asset Management through our Taxonomy Management System

  • Be fully engaged in metadata management for updates and migrations to the AM Content Cloud

  • Define search optimization strategies and processes for the platform (Semantics ,Optimizations, Synonyms, Relevance adjustments)

  • Own and enhance metric scorecards that are prepared for senior management

  • Manage user onboarding and access change processes for consumers of our CM application and services in both production and UAT (RSAM, WEAVE, ID-Cert)

  • Become a subject matter expert on Content Cloud services for inquiries and educating new consumers

  • Drive the corporate retention policies and requirements across the AM Content Cloud

  • Explore and investigate new and innovative tools in the content management space

  • Participate in enhancement testing in applications, widgets and tools within and outside of Spectrum

  • Proactively communicates with stakeholders on an ongoing basis to ensure knowledge of program status and adoption rates

  • Produce all materials and updates for the Content Management program consumers and users

  • Maintain the AM Content Management Intranet and Symphony pages and presence

  • Add and maintain Retirement Link plans with business group on a ongoing basis

  • Manage the new Mailbox Retention queue

  • Manage the new Content Request queue


  • Excellent communicator (written and verbal) with strong interpersonal skills

  • Relevant industry experience and knowledge of the content management lifecycles and best practices

  • Strong Data Governance skills with attention to detail

  • Minimum 2-3 years experience as a business/data analyst type role

  • Good understanding of Asset Management Business preferable


  • Strong project management skills, preferably experience coordinating on tech projects having supported user testing, training, support

  • Must be able to effectively communicate to both technical and non-technical personnel at various levels in the organization

  • Fast learner with a proven ability to work independently, meets deadlines, and prioritizes workload

  • Strong Microsoft office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Comfortable identifying situations that require immediate attention and resolution as well as recognition of issues requiring escalation to a manager

  • Demonstrated technical abilities with data analysis software proficiency with Python/Matlab/Business Objects/Xceptor/Alteryx a plus

  • Experience with relational database design Experience with Data Modeling and SQL a plus

  • Proven ability to quickly learn the business, the application and adapt to ever changing priorities

  • Ability to build relationships across global teams
