Job Description:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as one of the key members to oversee high-level strategic business analysis
Develop company strategy execution plans
Cooperate with sales team and key account management team to direct the development of key account management policy and system
Monitor the in-season business review and reaction process
Lead and develop SEP(CRM) system
Drive sales team efficiency and effectiveness through sales planning on sizing, structure, territory alignment etc
Sales performance review and provide strategic consultation to business heads on business suggestions and solutions
Cooperate with Sales team to review and optimize the sales incentive policy, through simulated testing to evaluate and enhance incentive motivation
Develops and establishes the sales follow up (SEP upgrade workshop ) strategies and policies to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the organizations sales effort
Coaching sales team how to use SEP(CRM) system Other tasks or projects assigned by line manager
Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

Qualifications

Experience on SFE system/platform, strong in data analysis and insights
Bachelor degree or above, MBA will be a plus
Proficiency in both spoken and written English
Good command of MS office software application
Experience At least 8 years experience in healthcare industry
Sales management background preferred
Good knowledge and working experiences for sales / sales management / market potential analysis / target setting / position optimization and reporting system development
Have people management experiences
At least 2 years experience on SFE system/platform, strong in data analysis and insights
Leadership competencies at proficient level, in line with corporate framework
