- Strong global client base - Primarily Private Equity firms, Boutique Investment Banks, Hedge Funds, Asset Managers, Corporates, and Family offices

Overview on the AVP Role

- As a marketing leader, the AVP will be primarily responsible for overseeing the marketing strategy across different verticals, executing marketing campaigns and communications designed to increase brand awareness and drive sales, collaborating with business unit leaders

- The role focuses on building the TresVistas brand across its internal and external stakeholders across relevant marketing platforms Internal stakeholders include existing employees, alumni, and current clients External stakeholders include potential employees and clients

- The AVP will be leading all marketing activities for social media and digital campaigns to ensure a consistent brand presence

Responsibilities Assumed

Internal Stakeholder focused

- Conceptualizing and orchestrating marketing campaigns that effectively reinforce and build brand images

- Owning internal engagement initiatives- Organizing and branding them

- Crafting internal and external marketing strategies

- Drafting and publishing internal communication as per defined calendar & organizing crisis communications

- Monitoring and updating TV displays and other communications efforts for effective communication

- Heading responsibility to conceptualize, design and implementing creative graphics projects on time and within budget

- Creating divisional branding collaterals for campaigns and current initiatives which require creative support

External Stakeholder focused

- Editing, designing, and printing internal or external publications, company information, internal & external brochures and other marketing material required for any other external activity

- Enhancing the presence of the organization on social media, in line with the companys objectives

- Creating, monitoring and managing all communication channels to ensure robust messaging

- Developing strategic communications, planning for promotion and dissemination of corporate and marketing content

- Brand building with various external stakeholder groups extending to embassies and industry associations, with the objective of strengthening the brand positioning

Team Building and Institutionalization

- Mentoring, training and developing a team of digital marketing specialists, graphic designers, content writers and social media executives

- Developing research design standards and best practices to scale across a global organization

- Sourcing media engagement opportunities like market commentary, dissemination of macro-economic research and leadership profiling stories for achieving a positive corporate image

Prerequisites

- Creative and critical thinking skills

- Strong interpersonal and networking skills to communicate clearly and concisely

- Experience in managing a team of marketing professionals

- Sound understanding of marketing strategies

- Speed, flexibility, and adaptability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Candidate Experience

- Minimum 6 years of experience in relevant field

Candidate Qualification

- Any Graduate

- Postgraduate in Marketing Communications preferred
