Job Description

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is responsible for providing Enterprise wide services , including an operating model , policies , procedures , governance and oversight programs for all regions and countries where State Street Corporation conducts business The TPRM program has been established to respond to , and adhere to , regulatory guidelines and initiatives enabling State Street to effectively assess and manage the risk introduced by engaging with third parties during the course of executing business activities

Basic Purpose and Responsibilities

Support the TPRM Policy and Program through participation in the design and implementation of key Framework components in compliance with regulatory guidance

Review TPRM Risk Assessments

Interact with stakeholders in risk areas related to third party risk assessments (eg , Business Continuity , Compliance , Privacy , Physical Security , etc)

Interact with project staff across corporate teams such as Information Technology , Business Controls , Legal , etc)

Perform work independently and within scope of established guidelines and practices

Consult with senior staff where clarification or and guidance may be required

Provide functional guidance to less experienced staff

Work under the direct supervision of senior staff on complex projects and issues

Document and communicate internal processes

Document , communicate and resolve risk exposures and control weaknesses

Qualifications

Thorough understanding of Third Party Risk Management program requirements

Knowledge of Third Party Risk Management regulations

Customer focused , team driven mentality with a proven ability to drive tasks through to completion

Strong interpersonal , communication , facilitation , presentation and negotiation skills

Ability to act as a change agent , and persuade and influences courageously

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Understanding of State Street businesses is a plus

Results oriented ownership mentality

Self- motivated , self- assured , and self- managed

Experience

Bachelor s degree or equivalent , MBA a plus

10 years Third Party Risk Management experience

15 years of Risk Regulatory related experience in the BFSI domain

Experience with Archer a plus

Operations background a plus,
