Job Description:

Role- AVP- HR Operations

Location- Pune

Company- One of the leading Life Insurance companies in India

Role and Responsibilities

1 To analyze (basis internal group & industry benchmarks), formulate and post approvals govern the overall Organization Manpower planning and ensure efficiency & effectiveness

2 To formulate, recommend and influence the Organization Manpower Budget in collaboration with C&B and post-approval monitor, optimize and deliver targeted savings

3 Formulate, plan and implement Employee Shared Services Strategies to reimagine the employee experience and enable a Great Place To Work climate for employees

4 Partner with the Business HR to establish productivity and spans & layers norms, track, monitor and proactively ensure Frontline Productivity & Managerial Organization design efficiency/effectiveness and embed/sustain a High-Performance culture

5 Partner with legal, compliance & internal audit to ensure timely monitoring and compliance to various labor laws and process audit compliances through a robust governance mechanism

6 Ensure end-to-end management of Compliance Vendor and ensure timely filing of all returns and ensure no exposure to the organization
