Job Description:


- Proven Sales Leader with a clear focus to drive daily, weekly and Monthly Offline GMV numbers on a sustainable basis

- Manage the P&L end to end for a hub

- Drive the offline channels and close liaising with the online team and ensure meeting of the URN targets

- Responsible for managing operations (Quality of service & escalations) in the marketplace and ensuring high quality of customer exp

- Building sustainable demand channels from a long term perspective

- Ability to hire and manage a team of high key Resources

- Responsible for meeting the supply targets and identifying new supply avenues

- Creating new processes to improve operational efficiencies


- Fluent communication and the ability to manage situations on the ground

- Focused on and possess a sales mindset

- Team leader with an objective approach towards goal setting and monitoring

- Ability to get things done and influence others

- Analytical frame of mind and a go getter attitude

- Demonstrates high ethical values


- Must be familiar with local language & market of Cochin

- Should have experience in B2C or Direct Sales

- Should have managed a team size of 250+

- Should be an MBA pass out from Tier1 or Tier 2 Colleges
