Job Description About Us Spectrum Talent Management is a comprehensive HR services company offering solutions spanning the entire talent life cycle including Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll and Flexible Staffing Founded in 2008, we are a continuously growing, yet mature service firm specializing in recruitment and staffing requirements of global organizations Our leadership and high acceptance in the market is evident by the phenomenal growth that we have demonstrated in just few years of our inception From Permanent recruitment to Flexi staffing, Payroll management to RPO, the orbit of the value add that we provide our customers with has always evolved, and diversified from time to time This has enabled us to become a preferred vendor with most of our clients Roles and Responsibility Assistant, Time Expenses Coordinator / Sr Coordinator, Expenses (Lead) The Role Responsible for assisting the Expenses Lead and to support the Expenses function of Asia Pacific offices, in accordance with Clients Expenses policies and service level agreements with the business Key Tasks and Responsibilities Processing and payments Ensure all receipts are being scanned into the Expenses admin system Ensure that receipt amounts tie in with the submission and highlight any discrepancies 1st level audit of expense forms and ensure compliance with Client offices Expense policies and guidelines Processing of claims Execution of weekly or ad-hoc pay-runs Conducting new employee inductions as and when required Run monthly Cost Centre Reports from the CCM system to cost centre/case code Managers Preparation of Month-end and Year-end reports Assist and provide ad hoc reporting as and when required Mailbox management Support during the internal / external audits Personal Specification - Excellent Communication skills Customer service mentality Flexible attitude and team approach Can do!mentality Proficient organisation, prioritisation and time management skills Able to work on own initiative remotelyand be proactive and also work as part of a team Ability to think analytically and outside the square Enthusiastic, dedicated, hardworking and committed to meeting deadlines Pleasant and calm even when under pressure Thorough approach to completing tasks Qualifications and Experience CA Inter or MBA (Finance) or MCom Proficiency in English, both written and verbal Proficiency in excel At least 2-3 years previous Accounts Payable and Expenses reimbursement experience
