1Answer phone calls and redirect them when necessary
2Manage the daily/weekly/monthly agenda and arrange new meetings and appointments
3Prepare and disseminate correspondence, memos and forms
4File and update contact information of employees, customers, suppliers and external partners
5Support and facilitate the completion of regular reports
6Develop and maintain a filing system
7Check frequently the levels of office supplies and place appropriate orders
8Make travel arrangements
9Document expenses and hand in reports
10Undertake occasional receptionist duties
11Proven work experience as a secretary or administrative assistant
12Familiarity with office organization and optimization techniques
13High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
