Identify Sales Leads and Close the Sale

Candidates should have good communication skills

Fixing Appointments, Closing Skills, Convincing Approach, Motivation for Sales

Prospecting Skills, Sales Planning, Selling to Customer Needs

At-least 2-4Year Working Experience in Sales

Real-Estates Project Sales experience is preferable

Handling inbound calls, outbound calls, follow up

Lead generate by own as well as provide by company

Profiling of Customers as well as Channel Partners

Pitching the Project/Product/Price

Convincing the Customers as well as Channel Partners to visit the project

Convincing the Customers to visit the project with family n cheque book for spot booking

Convincing the Customers to give Down Payment Cheque with higher amount of current date

Convincing the Channel Partners to bring more customers as well as other Channel Partners

If required, meet the Customers/Channel Partners personally and providing the information/bring the Down Payment Cheque

Maintain n send DSR on daily basis through Whatsapp & Email

Key Skill good communication skills
