Salary - 250 LPA to 450 LPA (Plus Variables)

Experience - 1 - 4 years of insurance (sales) experience require 

Job roles may differ according to experience

Responsibilties-


  • Goal Setting and Training and Creating and generating the Sales leads in better and creative way

  • Development and growth ofsales & Marketing strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs

  • Customer/ Client acquisition, Need based target Setting and demand valuation,

  • Concept/Product discussion and Training

  • Customers Meeting, Price Negotiation and Fixing an appointment with Senior Leads

  • Arranging business meetings with prospective clients

  • Promoting the company’s products/services by addressing or predicting clients’ objectives

  • Prepare sales contracts and ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines

  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc

  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support

  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
