Job Description:

Responsible for sales & distribution targets and business development in assigned ares
Planning and implementation and evaluation of promotional activities
Handling different budgets
Ensuring internal controls and compliance to companys policies
Handling a sales team and Distributors
Responsible for Stock availability in store, Distributors stock control,
Primary & secondary sale, new product launching, maximize potential outlets in coverage, focus on Volume, Value & GMC etc
Focus on trade interventions & inputs specific to outlets
Monitoring sales peoples in the market while working with SE/TLs,
Objective- Training, PMO performance evaluation, Proper scheme communication,
Trade activation, Planogram execution etc
Data analysis
