Job Description:

Designing training modules according to the training needs analysis Conducting Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and identifying areas with regards to product and plan training accordingly

Training needs analysis- liaison with all stakeholders

To identify training needs of employees with relation to product, behavioural skills and develop training plans

Preparation of training calendar for all the allocated stores

Designing training modules according to the training needs analysis

Working closely with the Operations team, identifying training needs of the market on the basis of Competency/ skill/ knowledge and attitude

Planning & conducting Induction programs, centralized training sessions, Role plays, In-house training sessions etc on Sales techniques, suggestive selling, Customer service standards, complaint handling, effective Order taking, product excellence, service execution, Rider training (delivery), mystery audit, communication skills, Grooming, personal hygiene and safety

Soft skills & Behavioural training

Product Training

Bachelors / MBA / NIFT

Minimum Experience Level
3 - 5 Years
