The Responsibilities of the Assistant Manager Sales Support and ZOHO CRM Operations include

ZOHO CRM Setup/Administration, configuration changes (in coordination with ZOHO)
OMAF Setup/Administration
Annual revenue planning Yearly
Pipeline reports from CRM (contract closures and activations) Weekly
Revenue projection Monthly
On-boarding and activation tracking/reporting from OMAF (for std/SMB deals) Weekly
Tracking and reporting delivery execution and activation of key/custom deals Weekly
Facilitate issue escalation/resolution through collaboration with cross-functional teams or with Execoms support
Revenue tracking and analysis (decreased volume from merchants) Daily
Merchant analysis (volume and revenue trend analysis) Monthly
SI Fee revenue tracking Weekly and monthly
Revenue achievement calculation, for monthly MIS and quarterly PLI payout Monthly and quarterly
Drive/improve process automation/digitization (in most cases, in coordination with Tech teams)
Facilitating communication across Sales team (eg process changes, guidelines from partner Banks or Execom, etc)

Desired Candidate Profile

Engineering Graduate / MBA with 3 to 6 years of experience in Sales Support and MIS
Knowledge and operational experience of ZOHO CRM is a must
Metric, dashboard driven
Structured and process oriented, organized, excellent planning
Excellent Excel skills
Moderate PowerPoint skills
Analytical skills
Detail oriented
Communication and collaboration
Diligent
Multi-tasking
