Key tasks

Prime Responsibility

Acquisition and Retention of accounts in assigned portfolio/territory
Relationship building with all the current and prospective customers
Ensure self knowledge and awareness of the facilities provided by hotel
Ensure execution of sales plans and strategies

Sales & Marketing Planning

Assist the Sales Manager/DOS in the development and deployment of the budgets and marketing plan of the hotel

People Management

Maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of the Hotel
Timely response to queries within brand guidelines

Financial Management

Ensure, cost effective use of the resources

Operational Management

Ensure effective liasioning with sales offices of Accor to garner business
Submit monthly and weekly sales plan as defined and regular market analysis
Track productivity against goals on a regular basis
To always ensure ethical standards while conducting business
