Key Result Area

1         Achieving business targets of Sales Volume and throughput

2         Channel Management

3         Working capital management

4         Market Intelligence

1 Market coverage and Market development Identification of accounts; mapping of the accounts; maintaining the desired funnel size; lead generation

2 Channel development and management Identification & implementation of new channels to grow the business

3 Achieving sales volume/business targets Achieving the desired objectives month on month

4 Control stocks and receivables management Controlling stocks as per norms; maintaining stock hygiene; controlling outstanding as per norms

5 Acquisition and managing key accounts Acquiring large accounts through effective sales process and retaining them

6 Give product demonstrations to prospective customers

7 Implementing sales strategies Effective implementation of initiatives pertaining to sales function and achieving the lead measures

8 Channel partner appointment, engagement and nurturing

9 Studying competitor activity in the assigned territory and giving relevant and timely feedback to Team Head and Regional Head

10 Achieve the required Machine to Premix connect ratio in the assigned territory

11 Interacting and co-ordination with Marketing, Service, Marketing operations team & Logistics etc whenever required
