Job Description:


  • Should have at least 3-5 years of experience with a track record of generating new business

  • Should have existing relationship in schools and experience in business development of products /supplies to Schools in Mumbai and rest of Maharashtra

  • Should have prior experience in managing large business volumes

  • An innate flair for accepting challenges and abilities in managing & leading sales / collection functions and achieving desired targets

  • An effective communicator with good presentation skills and abilities in forging business partnerships and establish beneficial relationships with partners

  • Ability to build and retain strong adviser-client relationship

  • Identifying and networking with prospective clients

  • Presenting the company in good light and generating business from the existing accounts and achieving profitability and increased sales growth

  • Sustaining the existing relationships and accounts for further enhancement in business Maximizing customer satisfaction by monitoring customer complaints & providing efficient services Also, maintaining the responsibility of availability of products from sellers

  • Track & analyze product / school performance Handle customer service issues such as sales, returns

  • Efficient in developing relationships with key accounts in target organizations for business development & interfacing with clients for suggesting most viable services & cultivating healthy relations for repeat business

  •  Manage Revenue Target for Designated schools

  • Creating Sales Opportunities for Company’s products with Existing and New Customers

  • Establishing healthy business relations with clients & external associates for securing repeat business & long-term loyalty and work towards solving their queries and complaints efficiently

  • Conducting Marketing & Business Development activities to generate revenue for the company by promoting the company’s Product & services

  • Appointing new dealer for smooth supplies to end customers

  • Develop Business plan, Co-ordinate teacher training programmer, coordinating with other departments

  • Some big & important client are Hiranandani Foundation School, Pawar Public School, NES International School, Billabong International School, SVDD School, St Xavier High School, etc

  • Maintain up-to-date information on all customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management Database
