Job Description:

Inviting applications for the role Assistant Manager Reporting Analyst Responsibilities

  • Building/Amend/Update reports using SQL, VBA and Tableau solutions

  • Understand contact center environment and provide required commentary on the periodic executive reports

  • Support other Adhoc business requests as required

  • Regular daily/ weekly/ monthly/ quarterly reporting

  • Process documentation

  • Regular client governance

  • Work in US shifts

Qualifications we seek in you

  • BTech, MCA or MCom Post Graduate

Preferred Skill Set

  • Proficient in MS Excel/ Access, VBA, SQL & Tableau

  • Good understanding of designing SQL queries and query optimization/ automation

  • Excellent understanding of Tableau

  • Good exposure to contact center reporting background

  • Knowledge of contact center tools like IEX, Incontact, Broadsoft, etc

  • Excellent Interpersonal skills and Analytical reasoning ability

  • Flexibility to quickly shift priorities, multi-task and prioritize simultaneous requirements in fast paced environment and balance all to completion
