Job Description:

  • Regular sales calling on doctors (8-10) / corporate clients (5-7)

  • Daily reporting of sales activities in an effective manner as instructed by the superior time to time

  • To act as a single point of contact for all referrals from the doctors (250, area wise) / assigned corporate clients (100 - 150 accounts)

  • Manage key clients Ensure top of mind recall and maximum market share from the assigned key accounts

  • Detail all the services of the hospital, allay fears and ensure footfalls (in and out patients)

  • Prioritize his clients and keep track of the competition

  • Implement marketing strategies as undertaken from time to time

  • Process ownership of medical department assigned (Development of Collaterals, article published in media, highlights of department)

  • To maintain absolute integrity with the organization and its members

  • Use and maintain all office equipments appropriately, especially those issued exclusive

  • Maintain pleasant disposition at all times and be willing to attend to need of clients of the hospital beyond duty hours

  • Organise self and office for effective response

  • To participate and contribute to departmental quality initiatives

  • To be aware of departments performance and objective

  • To carryout data collection/support in data collection

  • To adhere to the safety norms of hospital, follow both patient, and staff safety rules

  • To perform any job / task as and when assigned by the superior
