Process Overview

The Operations Business Analyst will be part of the Process Automation team and will collaborate with the broader team and the client to assess business processes, define business needs and implement solutions to achieve core objectives

Global Markets Operations delivers end-to-end support for Global Markets sales, trading and underwriting businesses, and certain shared services across securities, derivatives, foreign exchange, futures, options and commodities products for Corporate Treasury, Corporate Investment Portfolio and GWIM Incumbent will be responsible for troubleshoot data issues relative to process and application design ,plan and manage user acceptance testing of the software system and develop training material and facilitate end-user training sessions

Responsibilities

Understand technologies within the process automation toolkit and advise business stakeholders on the best fit solution
Evaluate and document current state business processes and develop alternative future state approaches
Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis
Interpret customer business needs and translate them into software development requirements
Work closely with business unit stakeholders and Process Automation technology team in the preparation of detailed requirements in the form of Agile methodology user stories and facilitate implementation of the solution
Translate application developer technical questions for business unit stakeholders and return answers in the form of additional, new or revised user stories/requirements
Analyze and troubleshoot data issues relative to process and application design
