Job Description:


  • Understand technologies within the process automation toolkit and advise business stakeholders on the best fit solution

  • Evaluate and document current state business processes and develop alternative future state approaches

  • Elicit business requirements using interviews, document analysis, business process descriptions, use cases, scenarios, business analysis, and workflow analysis

  • Interpret customer business needs and translate them into software development requirements

  • Work closely with business unit stakeholders and Process Automation technology team in the preparation of detailed requirements in the form of Agile methodology user stories and facilitate implementation of the solution

  • Translate application developer technical questions for business unit stakeholders and return answers in the form of additional, new or revised user stories/requirements

  • Analyze and troubleshoot data issues relative to process and application design

  • Plan and manage user acceptance testing of the software system

  • Develop training material and facilitate end-user training sessions

  • Remain familiar with assigned use cases post implementation and collaborate with client, IT, quality assurance and external program and IT teams to identify root cause and resolution of issues

  • Proactively communicate program changes and oversee required process and system and delivery status changes through completion


Education - BTech / MBA

Experience Range 3-5 years of experience as a Technical or Business analyst, working closely with business partners to elicit requirements, document process flows, identify risks and mitigation and participate in definition of strategies for the technical solution

Mandatory Skills

  • Experience in Agile methodology

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, and ability to facilitate discussions

  • Self-motivated and requires minimal supervision

  • Good problem solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Ability to analyze existing capabilities and identify gaps and opportunities

  • Ability to communicate and work with Developers to ensure that acceptance criteria for the user stories are understood and applied

Desirable Skills

  • Familiarity with the DMAIC and Six Sigma methodologies

  • May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified

  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation and Machine Learning / Natural Language Processing Capabilities a plus

  • Knowledge of Global Markets businesses, products, and business processes, including trade lifecycle a plus
