Job Description:

Provides programproject leadership to business unit, operations and technology partners
Defines project scope, project plans and resource needs
Implements and maintains standard testing procedures and templates
Creates and executes detailed test cases covering relevant scenarios
Monitors progress to identified plans and milestones
Identifies and documents project risks, issues and completed milestones
Facilitates completion of project milestones and resolution of key issues
Escalates to appropriate governing groups andor management concerns and emerging issues, along with mitigationcontingency plans
Deliver on project commitments and goals, on-time and with agreed upon scope
Complete UAT of sprint commitments and E2E UAT of projects on time and with agreed upon scope
Deliver for business partners FO, BO and Cirrus and Insight Development teams, MO change management teams, Regulatory Operations Control team, Business Analyst team, and senior management team
Create and maintain strong relationships with project stakeholders and partners
Perform thorough testing of sprint Jiras in a timely manner
Provide updates on test results, raise any risks, issues or failed test cases, and propose recommended solutions as needed
Develop detailed test cases that include positive, negative, and regression test cases Clearly document test objectives, expected results, test trade details, and actual results
Document test cases and provide traceability back to business requirements
Review daily updates with the dev and control teams Raise issues found during Complete UAT with comprehensive test cases and accurate test results


  • Requirements


10 to 12 years of overall experience with at least 2-3 years of Regulatory Reporting experience

Solid trade processing knowledge; front, middle and back office, (FO, MO, BO)
Experience with FO trade booking systems (Rates, Credit, FX, Equities, and Commodities)
Familiarity with counter party clearing LCH Clearnet (London Clearing House), Chicago Mercantile Exchange, Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), CBOE, OCC highly desirable
Knowledge of project management, strong analytical ability and ability to work with multiple partners in cross functional groups at various levels throughout the organization
Ability to handle several work streams simultaneously, multitask, and set priorities effectively
Ability to work to externally-mandated regulatory deadlines
Strong analytical skills and experience working with large data sets in Excel
Excellent organizational skills to track many concurrent activities
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and assess relative priority among competing issues
Ability to assess and mitigate risks and dependencies
Excellent communication and relationship building skills
