Job Purpose To maximize Anarocks sales revenue and volume in a given territory/ area by effectively leading and guiding a team of sales agents Also, act as a single point contact on a Project that he/she leads the delivery operation for

Key Responsibilities

Translate of sales plans for sales agents in line with the business unit strategy

Ensure achievement of maximum revenue targets through mandated and non-mandated sales in the residential segment in the zone/territory

Train and evaluate the performance of the team

Develop relationships with builders and investors and end-customers
