We are hiring Asst Manager Outbound Operations, 

Experience- 5 – 8 Years

Industry- Travel and Tour Operator

Profile- 


  • Negotiating Quotations to get confirmed business from Travel Agents

  • Communicating with Travel Agents on Phone, Email, WhatsApp, and Skype

  • Managing workflow with the internal team based out of India

  • Update tour costing and ensure trips are running to budget and profitability

  • Report to direct manager and ensure incoming reports from field staff and partners are picked up and acted upon Apply and manage cost control, quality levels and facilitate solutions

  • Actively contribute to the set-up and contracting of domestic tour packages

  • Assist in the selection & recruitment of additional staff to support business growth and maintain a high standard of service delivery to clients

  • Shall be responsible for the booking of Package as per the schedule shared

  • Organize travels from beginning to end, through booking tickets and accommodation, securing rental transportation, etc

  • Work involved all-around customer-centric propositions, listening skills, managing high-quality service level, enhancing good customer relations and also managing key accounts from close proximity

  • Improving customer service based on client feedback through the development of new policies and procedures

  • Keep the monitoring, feedback & other internal processes streamlined - Keep a track of external and internal escalations

  • Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and customer satisfaction

  • Supervise all travel quotations and package pricings for the clients

  • Research various destinations and means of travel regarding prices, customs, weather conditions, reviews etc

  • Manage relationships with Clients/vendors as well as internal customers

  • Ensure all guides, tour leaders and customers receive up to date tour information
