Executive - SAP Basis Application Support - Manage Application Operationsupport for SAP Basis tickets and SLA/KPIs -Monitoring & health check of SAP basis application process - Daily & weekly & monthly task, health checks, monitoring, housing keeping activities, & proactive restarts - Troubleshooting & resolving all incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets assigned as peragreed SOPs - Experience with telecom application domain for min 3 years - Expert of ITIL/ITSM processes -Strong Skills of Unix & PL/SQL

- Deliver on assigned troubleshooting & incidents, service request, Problem & trouble tickets - Ensure SOPs are upto Date

SAP application support preferably in Basis
