Function Description
The position is in International New accounts strategy team This team manages the credit risk underwriting strategies for international markets by trying to profitably grow the Consumer portfolio This role will support the focus area of driving next generation of underwriting leveraging new capabilities like GO2, RDE etc and integrating new data sources
Purpose of the Role
The incumbent will be primarily responsible for working on capabilities initiatives for New Accounts underwriting Candidate will be responsible for leading the prioritization and implementation of capability initiatives This would involve working with business partners to collate project requirements, groom the requirements to understand feasibility and effort required for the build and working closely with the project management team to ensure a smooth and timely delivery

The primary responsibilities includes
-Working with business partners to collate project requirements and creating processes to efficiently work on implementing these requirements for both capability migrations and new data ingestion
- Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring requirements are implemented successfully
- Apply risk mindset to design project solutions to have globalized solutions with minimize project risks
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Work with Global onboarding and orchestration teams (GO2) for providing risk requirements for new market roll outs
- Exploration of new Information sources to improve our risk discrimination and / or improve our economics over and above existing framework

- Strong project management skills and an innovative approach to solving both practical and theoretical problems
- Intellectual curiosity, adaptability in a dynamic environment, and ability to reinvent processes and infrastructure
- Lead with an external perspective, challenge status quo and bring continuous innovation to our existing offerings

Qualifications Past Experience
- 0-3 Years of relevant/related work experience with consistent track record of strong performance

Academic Background
MBA, Masters degree In Economics, Statistics or related fields from a reputed institute, Masters degree from IITs

Knowledge of Platforms
Good to have knowledge of SAS/SQL
