Head HR Franchisee Engagement (L8)

Description The AM HR Franchisee is a new role which will influence and shape the people practices for one of our most critical stakeholders Franchisee / Business Associates This is being set up with the expectation of establishing & delivering HR practices through the businesses, with the end objective of delivering a seamless customer experience across Titans company stores & franchisee stores

Key Deliverables

Own & manage the ground work in form of benchmarking & data gathering required for the development of the HR strategy in line with Franchisee business model
Develop & execute the plan for deployment of HR strategy & model for franchisee engagement on ground
Create processes to provide support for governance and statutory compliance for franchisees
Develop & Monitor effectiveness of processes across HR Services by setting performance objectives, measure & review of HR Practices at Franchisees
Evaluate, select & implement technology solutions to automate processes
Support the franchisee team in implementation of processes
Design, execute & monitor employee enagement initiatives for the franchisee employees
Work closely with the COEs to design & roll out guidelines for key HR process covering employee life cycle management with practices such as recruitment, on-boarding, training, performance management, compensation management, engagement & career managemen
Create & implement the plan for building capability of franchisees on key people practices & processes through external or internal facilitators
Build measures & methods for monitoring adherence & effectiveness of HR processes

Desired qualifications, skills and experience

Around 6 to 10 years of work experience in vendor/partner management, business development, sales HR
Post Graduate in HRM from a reputed institute
Understanding of franchisee business
Exposure to handling HR for a distributed work force model
Excellence in Execution
Influences for Impact
Nurtures Relationships
Is able to work with Diverse Teams
