Designation Assistant Manager - HR Operations

Roles & Responsibilities
To handle major aspects related to HR Analytics like HR Scorecards, attrition analysis and various other HR Dashboards useful for decision making by various stakeholders
To revamp existing HR Dashboards and MISs and introduce relevant ones
To handle data migration and management from HRIS to HRMS software
To be responsible for mapping of internal HR Processes to the new HRMS software
To be responsible to conduct various trend analysis for example attrition data and profiling of exited employee to understand the major reasons of exit
To be responsible for building employee database including employees personal details like contact details etc
To be responsible for software related trouble shooting in coordination with vendors
To be responsible for the quality and accuracy of data uploaded in HR Software and system
