Position Summary

- Experience of 4 to 7 years in managing P&L, forecasting losses, optimizing costs forecasting the profits, monitoring the costs across business units and product verticals

- Managing and owning P&L for the core business-
- Forecasting the revenue, costs, and profits

- Monitoring and keeping a close tap on costs, providing ideas for optimizing costs

- Financial reporting and preparing monthly income statement to senior management

- Coordinating with finance team and vendors

General requirement
- Candidate with graduate/MBA/CA from premier institutes-
- Strong understanding of P&L for consumer lending business

- Excellent communication and analytical skills

- Expertise in MS Excel and presentation

- The candidate should be competent enough to handle MIS, projection, and business critical line items
- Candidate with a similar role in Fintech, Top 5 NBFCs or Banks

Desired Skills and Experience

- Financial Planning, Forecasting, Financial Reporting, MIS, CA, Financial Analysis, Budgeting

Specific Competencies Required-

Advanced Microsoft Excel capabilities, filters, pivot tables etc
Detail- oriented, with strong verbal and written communication skills, ability to summarize complex data and thoughts into effective actionable communications
Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management
Takes ownership / responsibility; self-starter with ability to complete actions/projects from start-to-finish
Demonstrates desire and ability to achieve results and works on continuous improvements
Ability to effectively prioritize and multi-task in a dynamic work environment
