Job Summary

As DotNet Developer, s/he will work on
a variety of projects in a highly collaborative, fast-paced environment S/He
will be responsible for software development activities of KPMG, India Part of
the development team, s/he will work on the full life cycle of the process, develop
code and unit testing S/He will work closely with Technical Architect,
Business Analyst, user interaction designers, and other software engineers to
develop new product offerings and improve existing ones He will also be
responsible for developing / enhancing required standards aligning them with
KPMG Global standards Additionally, he ensures that all development practices
are in compliance with KPMGs best practices policies and procedures

Travel Requirements

This position may require limited domestic travel

Job Responsibilities

Understand abstract concepts and translating
them into technical solutions which are based on Microsoft technologies to
meet the business needs
Own the technical solution and ensure all
technical aspects are implemented as designed
Assist Software Designer/Implementers with the creation of
detailed software design specifications
Develop code and unit testing of the software projects
Ensure the overall integrity of the software architecture and
validates it against the system specification
Comply with all applicable product development processes Perform
detailed software design as well as implements and/or maintains code
according to duties and responsibilities

Qualifications

7-10 years demonstrated hands-on working
experience in software development for dynamic business environments
Competent working in all phases of software
development, design patterns, and development methodologies
Good knowledge of programming languages,
application servers, software architecture and databases we work mainly
with Microsoft Technology
Strong Object Modeling experience
Superior troubleshooting ability, strong
analytical abilities, and drive for results
Possess
good communication skills in English and good technical documentation
skills
Good knowledge of Net 35 and 40 framework development
Experienced in NET based development C#,
ASPNET, WCF, MVC, Entity Framework, LINQ, ETL, and web development
skills DHTML using JQuery, JavaScript, CSS
Good hands on experience in databases primarily in SQL Server
2008, creating Stored Procedures, Triggers, Performance tuning and T-SQL
query optimization
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
