Position Assistant Manager - CRM - Real Estate - Kolkata

Experience 4-8 years

Qualification - Any Graduate; MBA Preferred

Job Responsibility

- Managing Handover of Multiple Projects

- Coordinating between different project team- Engineering, PHE, Electrical for project completion

- Attending Customer visit at the site level, enabling Fit-out possession, Handover, Registration process

- Managing team of Snagging, De-snagging & Finishing job at the site level

- Reporting and analysis of project completion

- Attending various customer grievances, concerns related to handover and project completion

- Editing & making various handover related documents

- Collection supervision

- Event Coordination like Customer meet, Bankers meet, Registration and handover related events

- Dealing with vendor and billing related to Facility Management

- Handling transition of the projects from builder to the Residents Association

- Handling Car parking allotment of multiple projects

- Working in CRM, ERP Salesforce

- Person will be responsible for resolving Customers queries, taking care the entire post sales process like raising Demand Letter/ Fit out / Hand Over/ Possessions works ERP - Far Vision experience is must
