Job Duties & Key Responsibilities * Duties and Responsibilities - 1 Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at HO in the area assigned 2 Credit appraisal for RPL, RSL & Rural Doctor Loans files for the assigned location 3 Conduct PD with the customers for HTS cases 4 Assist collection / FCU team to identify intentional defaulters/fraud 5 Monitor & Maintain FEMI and 6MOB Delinquencies 6 Keeping delinquency under control 7 Compliance of policy and processes 8 Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format 9 Market Research and Feedback for new product launch 10 Feedback on credit policy based on market conditions

Required Qualifications and Experience * CA / Graduate / Post Graduate with 2-4 years of relevant experience Knowledge of Credit Underwriting, Credit Process Any products Mortgage preferred Good conceptualization skills Leadership and Team building skills Knowledge of English & local language Good proficiency in Information Technology / MS Excel / MS Word etc
