Job Summary * Assistant Manager - Credit Operations

Job Purpose This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at HO in the area assigned

Job Duties & Key Responsibilities * Duties and Responsibilities - 1 Implementation of Credit Policy and continuous evaluation to ensure adherence to the Policy and compliance with the Authority Matrix at HO in the area assigned 2 Credit appraisal for RPL, RSL & Rural Doctor Loans files for the assigned location 3 Conduct PD with the customers for HTS cases 4 Assist collection / FCU team to identify intentional defaulters/fraud 5 Monitor & Maintain FEMI and 6MOB Delinquencies 6 Keeping delinquency under control 7 Compliance of policy and processes 8 Reporting of location metrics like Login, Approval, Disbursal, Rejection, Deviation on monthly basis as per prescribed format 9 Market Research and Feedback for new product launch 10 Feedback on credit policy based on market conditions

Required Qualifications and Experience * As per industry 2-5 years of relevant experience
