Job Description:

Summary As part of the Accounting and Settlement team your roles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following


Customer feedback management, ensuring satisfaction
Working with different stakeholders on ad-hoc projects and automation/tool development
Ensuring onshore communication is necessary, clear & precise as per communication plan
To prepare and present governance dashboards, presenting various analysis like error, aged debt, cash management, etc
Solution oriented approach to proactively address issues with clients


Judicious hiring to avoid revenue leakage
Optimum utilization of resources to meet productivity
Selection and up skilling of process experts to enable them to perform their roles effectively
On ducting reviews and submitting progress reports of the team to the manager
Regular 11 meetings and Performance Management
Manage day to day operations activities of the team, including attendance, retention, etc ensuring zero surprise operations


Working in a fusion of sub-functions Invoicing, Collections, Cash Application & Reporting
Preparation and review of various reports periodically
Quest for process improvement Improved quality & efficiency
Support the team by processing/review of various functional activities
Exceeding service and quality levels agreed with process Service Level Agreements


Training need identification and execution of process training
Knowledge management deployment-Ensure that all processes follow and maintain the various essential tools-updates tracker, query tracker etc
Plan and execute monthly refresher training and Process knowledge test


Ensure Documentation completeness and adherence to quality norms like ISO etc
Recommend new ideas for process improvement

Key Requirement for the Position

Understanding of Insurance and basics of financials
Preferred Insurance Certification
Good knowledge of Excel, MS Power point and Word
Should be a good team player
Approach to drive solution
Change advocacy to improve existing processes
Experience of leading teams
Customer Handling

Qualification & Experience required (including key competencies)

5- 9 years of relevant experience
Understanding of Insurance and basics of financials
Good working knowledge of Excel, MS Power point and Word
Should have a good team handling Exposure
Should have change advocacy to improve existing processes and approach to drive solution
