Responsibilities

Assist in ensuring high quality pipeline management, event support and high levels of service to UK clients
Manage the overall training, delivery and tracking of destination related queries, processes and follow-ups with branches across India and between clients
Support minievents and client visits compliance and event feedback through effective coordination with Marketing and Sales Support teams
Analyse destination trends, client visits and mini-event feedback to mitigate challenges
Ensure process adherence and compliance in all offices through bi-monthly calls and office visits
Improve all approval rates and client/student experience with IDP
Help to keep counsellors accountable to standard operating procedures for application preparation and submission to clients through audits on office basis to meet quality standards
Provide application content feedback to counsellors on a case by case basis or as needed
Deliver training to offices on all key metrics related to Canada or on special projects as required

Requirements

Detailed knowledge of UK as a UK study destination is required
Sound knowledge of visa processing requirements
Ability to coordinate with multiple offices on a pre-defined process
Excellent English language - written and verbal - skills
Bachelors degree required and Masters degree preferred
Excellent process mapping and documentation skills
Capacity to manage multiple competing deadlines and remain focused during peak admission times
Ability to work in a matrix environment and collaborate across levels
Flexibility to travel extensively as and when required
Highly effective relationship building and relationship management skill
Demonstrated experience in event/visit coordination
Analytical skills able to interpret and present data effectively
