Job Description:

Role

- Identifying and finalizing new business opportunities, and for maintaining relationship with all stakeholders

- Responsible for end-to-end business development of the assigned areas and businesses; includes planning and building short-term and long-term supply

- Cross-functional approach through coordination with multiple teams in inter and Intra geographies

- Development and execution of sales strategy to achieve business objectives and KPIs

- Generate and nurture food business leads

- Deal negotiation and closure

- Proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities

Desired skills and experience

- 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in sales and business development

- Any experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage

- Prior experience in dealing with b2b, HoReCa, retail chains, etc

- Experience in early-stage startup environment and inherent hustle factor would be an advantage

- Hunter mentality, results-driven, desire to meet and exceed performance goals

- Team player with high enthusiasm

- Ready to take on new challenges

- Fluent communication and ability to manage situations on the ground

- Intelligent, enthusiastic and self-motivation driven

- Demonstrates high ethical values
