Job Description:

  1. Conceptualization, ideation, execution strategic planning based on the brief from the client 

  2. Making presentations based on the requirements/ client briefs 

  3. Develops and owns the overall event strategy framework and drives excellence in event strategy and execution

  4. Fulfilling the clients requirements and to liaise with corporate contacts, build and develop relationships

  5. To acquire new corporate events clients in the specified region / market

  6. To achieve the sales / revenue targets

  7. To create/maintain excellent relationships with clients and be able to tailor products pitch events according to their specifications

  8. Ensure timely collection of revenue from clients

  9. Fulfillment of Sales quota annually via New Sales acquisition

  10. Give business presentations to senior management team

  11. To map potential sectors

  12. To achieve target plan

  13. Developing new ideas to achieve sales growth

  14. Interact regularly with the clients to ensure a committed and partnership based relationship

  15. Comply with Sales process and mechanism of the company to ensure Business Professionalism & Integrity

  16. Aggressive to convert sales & achieve targets

  17. Good in follow-ups

  18. Excellent oral and written skills

  19. Provide advice to the business regarding the research and planning of events to ensure the most appropriate and cost effective solution in line with business needs and budget constraints

  20. Pre and post event evaluation reporting in order to track trends, improve on management, quality and standards
