Maintaining of Book of Accounts of Subsidiaries
Exposure in quick books
Purchase Entries updating on daily basis including Freight Analysis
Weekly MIS on Sales, Collection & Customer Outstanding to US Office & India
Maintaining Item Master, Vendor Master, Customer Master
Indent Data Circulation
Vendor Price verification & update on price increase/decrease to US Office
Monthly MIS on Profitability Statement, Sales, Inventory, Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Collection etc
Consolidation details regarding subsidiaries on inventory levels, stock in transit details, reconciliation discrepancies
Sales Commission Statement to US Office
Inter Co Reconciliation of Subsidiaries and Holding Company
Physical Stock Count once in a year Subsidiary US Locations
Liaison with Auditors to close fiscal / calendar audit
