Assistant / Deputy Manager - TP Claims

Minimum 5 years in General Insurance Sales
Primary Responsibilities
To monitor registration Reserve of legal claims
To empanel Advocates investigator monitor their performance
Reviewing reserves against all claims and highlight the high value TP claims
To keep track of orphan claims
Responsible for settlement ratio of Motor TP claims
Maintaining TAT for registrations of claims, deputations of advocates, Filing of WS, Compliance of court orders, Final Award, Filing of appeals
Approving claims as per letter of delegation given
Providing training developing team
Coordinate with seniors for approval Competencies
Legal Background
Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
Understanding of Subject matter
Good at computer proficiency Thank You
