Job Purpose

This role will be a Research Management Administrator based in Bangalore with responsibility for working with other members of the team in operating the systems and processes used to manage JPMAMs external equity research provision and payments Due to changes in JPMAM policy the remit of the team, previously supporting the Equities business, is expanding to provide broader support across the firm and build on best practice The role therefore requires a team player who can contribute ideas to new procedures and quickly adapt to managing new tasks and responsibilities

Principal Responsibilities

Maintenance of permissioned JPMAM user lists with individual research providers

Responding to research providers who submit unsolicited research and collating reports of any received unsolicited interactions

Monitoring status of research interaction data loaded into a third party system called Commcise

Maintenance of provider details within Commcise

Maintenance of research rate cards and price information within Commcise

Producing reports for analysis and oversight of research consumption, research spend, budget tracking, and payment tracking

Arranging JPMAM user access to Commcise via RSAM requests

Arranging meetings with research providers and JPMAM attendees

Liaising with Finance, Accounts Payable and Invoicing teams to support purchase order, invoice tracking and cost allocation to JPMAM cost centres

Help providers on-board onto JPMs Global Supplier Portal and Ariba systems

Assisting with ad hoc project administration support when required

Personal Profile

Prior experience providing administrative support to a team of VP/ED managers preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Dynamic self-starter who is quick to learn and able to work independently and use initiative whilst contributing to team goals

Highly accurate with good attention to detail

Polished, tactful and professional approach

Ability to multitask and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritise

Calm under pressure and comfortable working to tight deadlines when required

Able to deal with people at all levels of the organization

Flexible attitude with a can-do approach and open to change and evolve with the role

Literate in Microsoft Office applications especially Excel

Preferred skills but not essential Experience of Tableau

Familiarity with JPMorgan invoice processing systems Ariba and Global Supplier Portal
