Managing the Connect Migration Project at a global AWM OPS level

Organizing the weekly Clearing house and Working Group meetings

Creation and management of the SharePoint site for OPS Connect Migration project

Reporting and publishing various metrics (Score Card/Decommission Activity tracker/Heat map/Changes Tracker etc) useful for the Work Station Decommission on a weekly basis to all stakeholders

Creating decks/presentations from a Connect perspective to present to Senior Management and other stakeholders

Assimilation and follow up of any kind of data required for the project purposes with the Tower Champions in Julie Harriss organization

Point of Contact for liaison between the technology and operations in AWM

Automating the project wherever possible to attain operational excellence

Creation of Reports from an India perspective for Connect

Gathering and publishing the minutes of the weekly Global working Group and Clearing House meetings

Project Management for OPS Control and Efficiency projects from the Business side

Creation of a database for all the OCE projects

Consolidation of all the project related information

Utilizing the SharePoint Designer for creating a workflow for easy access of these projects

One stop shop solution creation for all OCE related information

Creating and publishing of physical records eligible for destruction reports at an AWM OPS level on a monthly basis

Creating and publishing of boxes with missing or invalid Record Class Codes (RCCs) reports

Creating and publishing of total number of boxes reports at an AWM OPS level on a monthly basis

Creating new dashboards using Qlikview and Accutrac data for Records

Break down of AWM report metrics to a more granular, actionable level (to the sub-sub-LOB level)

Analysis of all the three reports to understand the trends in the inventory and the physical records

To standardize, optimize & improve workflows across all teams in Wealth Management Operations to deliver quality, effectiveness & efficiency

In collaboration with the technology team all the various existing workflows within Wealth Management Operations need to be evaluated to assess the opportunities

Data Collation of all the current & existing workflows

In-depth understanding & analysis of the process steps

Consolidate, automate, eliminate & standardize processes where applicable

Implement & execute in collaboration with the Tech Partners

To discuss about the reason for the volumes, current process and factors which can be looked at to counter the volumes

Strong problem solving and good analytical skills

Hands on experience on SharePoint, JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel

Basic knowledge of Qlikview, Accutrac

Ability to interact with databases

Strong attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Effective tracking of successful project completion working in a team

Ability to multi-task and test different applications relating to a release

Good time management skills and the ability to work on tight deadlines
