Asia Business Transformation Leader ( Job Number 1925800 )

Role Summary

As part of the Flow and Process Technology Asia leadership team, you will be responsible to work with cross functional team for implementing global business tools and developing process to drive business growth and operational excellence

This role will directly report to the general manager or the Asia region

F&PT has two factories (Japan and Singapore), and 4 major commercial hubs (Japan, Korea, Singapore, Malaysia) in the region and you are expected to cover all the sites

Drive the standardization and the simplification of the process / business tool across the region
Deployment of process / business tool to support business growth
Developing the process to support business growth and optimize the organization structure across the region
Manage complex issues within functional areas and drive simplification
Manage cost, quality and schedule of the business tools deployment projects
Drive long-term planning of business transformation of the organization and culture

Essential Responsibilities

Coordinate with global team to set up blueprint of the operational process
Work with business leaders to develop / change strategic blue print on the operational process and system deployment plans
Manage execution of system tool implementations including ERP, PLM, MES, and configuration management tools
Drive commercial and manufacturing process transition to deliver simplification and standardization
Work closely with supply chain and engineering to support productivity and lead-time improvement
Work closely with commercial team to enhance aftermarket commercial intensity
Drive a culture of change for continuous improvement, positive customer fulfillment, and business growth
Support, advise, assist, guide, and resolve problems for functional leaders through process and operational improvement
Coach & train functional leaders and regional team on new process and tools to drive business impact
Provide updates to key stakeholders on an on-going basis

Qualifications

Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Finance, Engineering, or IT preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in a role demonstrating solid experience in difficult, transformation efforts in Oil & Gas industry
Fluency and Literacy in English required, Japanese is preferred

Proven years of work experience in commercial, services, operations, shop management, or project management
Strong interpersonal skills, including creativity and curiosity with ability to effectively communicate and influence solution direction across all levels of the
organizational matrix
Ability to perform in a fast-pace environment juggling and executing on multiple priorities
Demonstrated problem solving and creative skills with strong analytic and strategic thinking skills
Ability to deal with ambiguity, strategic agility, manage diversity and drive for results
