Attending networking events

Negotiating sales contracts

Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelines

Building trust and long-term relationships with clients/customers

Managing records of sales, revenue, and other important data

Making professional decisions in a fast-paced environment

Cultivating positive interactions and relationships with sales representatives, team leaders and managers, and executives to evaluate sales strategy and results

Motivating team members to exceed expected goals

Developing ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyalty

Researching market and industry trends

Achieving Sales targets

Cold calling, prospecting, forecasting, business development, territory management, account management

Complete accountability in the sales process, negotiation up to payment realization

Executing strategic plans for key customer wins, competitive wins and customer satisfaction

Coordination with marketing department for leads generation and leads management

Coordination with technical team for pre-sales (demonstrations, benchmarks) and post-sales technical requirements of customers

Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional conference, networking, lead generation

Maintaining business ethics, on time reporting and proper documentation

Build strong customer business relations, references for upsell and cross sell

Develop market knowledge



The BDM should work very closely with the end Client management team and the Recruiting team to explore various opportunities He/she will focus on proactively identifying new opportunities, Building clients and client relations 

Responsibilities

-High focus on developing/maintaining new as well as existing accounts

-Acquire contract staffing/permanent job orders and work with our in-house recruiters to fill them

-Maintain relationships with clients/hiring mangers so as to receive on going requirements

-Identify prospective client staffing and solutions opportunities

-Work independently

Identifying & Generating Prospects of New clients

Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network

Developing Strong Client relationship & New Business development

Develop strategies and Work with team to develop proposals that speaks to the clients need, concerns, and objectives

Client acquisition for permanent staffing / Contract Positions

Proper coordination with the recruitment teams and relationship managers to generate quality results

Accountable for all client proposals, contracts, and any further documentation
