Driving Team and Sales for MBOs vertical

Implementation of the SOPs of New Sales Process
Training the internal Sales Team for the New Sales Process
Completing the beat plan as given by the reporting managers & managing Dealer relationship
Mapping the business potential in the given territory
Will be overall responsible for Implementation of SOPs & internalization of the New Sales Process by the internal Sales Team
Analysing Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly Reports & making meaningful decisions
Very good in communication & building the relationship
Custodian of creating active Retail Network & range increase
Requires extensive travelling throughout the Project tenure
