Job Description:

Job Responsibilities 

1 Achievement of Sales Targets for Region

2 Expense to Sales Ratio Achievement

3 Business Planning for the zonal level with region as a Profit Center

4 Ensure effective planning and execution for resource deployment and utilization in alignment with prevailing strategy and policies of the organization for people  

5 Ensure development of region by analyzing reasons for variance and guiding the sales team

6 Fixing weekly sales targets and review them regularly to track and shortfall in achieving these targets and accordingly take corrective action

7 Continuously review activity, sales and other parameters to ensure that it is achieved within the defined time frame

8 Problem solving escalated (including issue identification and resolution)

9 Coordinating with Head Office for stock, promotional materials and samples

10 Minimization of sales return, breakage and expiry from customers and taking timely remedial action

11 Ensuring minimal outstanding by timely collections, strong recovery of over dues and promoting advance payment dealings in the area

12 Create and maintain effective key customer and KOL list for his/her area

13 Regularly meet the key customers and KOLs

14 Identifying and developing strong relationships with key stockiest, referral chemists, doctor / trade / other associations and key influencers of his / her zone

15 Analytical skills with regards to internal data and reports
