The primary responsibility of the position is to drive and grow new business revenue Youll manage client relationships to ensure that your clients needs andrequirements are met Looking for opportunities to develop monetizable solutions for clients, and insuring clients receive superior customer service

1 Organize and run recruitment events for Sales Managers and Life advisors

2 Identify the prospective Sales Managers and Life advisors for the organisation

3 Planning and Goal Setting with Sales Managers and Life advisors

4 Conducts review discussions, wakeup meetings as and when required

5 Plan goals & performance needs for Sales Managers in a periodic manner

6 Being an expert in the sales process, and conduct mechanisms to build same with the team-

through periodic on floor coaching

7 Own the operational aspects of coding of an a new Sales Manager and other day to day interactions with support functions whenever required Developing and Coaching

8 Do successfully run “Train -Audit-Retrain” cycle on skills of Sales Managers

9 Selection to on boarding of the Sales Managers and responsible for Sales Managers income
