Job Description:

 He should have experience in FMCG markets in man management of 03-05 years

 He will be reporting to the Manager - Sales

 He will be responsible to achieve the parameters of his Goal Sheet on all counts from time to

time He would also be responsible to help his subordinates achieve the parameters of their

individual Goal Sheets

 His primary job responsibility would be hiring and managing the sales team and helping the sales

team to achieve their sales and collection targets (Goal Sheets), from time to time & on a weekly

and monthly basis

 Apart from hiring the sales team, he would also be responsible in the opening, managing,

monitoring and tracking the new & existing retail outlets and chain of outlets on a daily/regular

basis and achieving the sales & collection targets on a weekly and monthly basis (Especially

when the team is not yet hired or in place)

 He would also be specially focused on opening Modern Trade Stores, Baby Stores and capitalize

on any seeming opportunity in Institutional Sales

 He would also be responsible to train, coach, and groom his team of reporters

 He will ensure that the team achieves the sales & collection as well as the new store opening

targets (Goal Sheet), from time to time as expected out of them

 He would look after the expansion plan falling in his territory or area and expand accordingly

with the support of the Sr Management Team
